What is the role of an administrator?

  • There are three roles of administrators you can invite to the Pagecall console.
    • Administrator: This role has access to all administrative functions.
    • Support: This role can view meeting room usage and request technical support.
    • Billing: This role can view billing history for PageCall usage.
  • Each role, except for the top-level admin role, hides the menus that they don't need, so you're free to invite the right people for the right roles.
