Use it this way

What is a content library?

  • The content library is a feature that helps you easily use and efficiently manage content within your Pagecall rooms.
  • You can pre-upload and manage content for your users to utilize in Pagecall. You can load materials directly from within your Pagecall room without having to distribute the content separately.

The Content Library is an add-on service and can only be used where a usage agreement has been signed.

  • Tap the 'Content' tab at the top center of the console.
  • Click 'Upload file' in the top left corner.CN-CT-2.png
    • If you want to create folders to organize your files, click "New Folder" to create a new folder.
    • Once the folder is created, you can enter it and upload files to it.
  • In File Explorer, select the files you want to upload.
    • You can upload documents, images, and audio files that can be utilized in Pagecall room. You can see the recommended file types by clicking the button next to 'New Folder'.
  • After the upload process, you'll see the uploaded content.CN-CT-2-1.png

 

How to rename content or delete content

  • In the content list, click button in the row of the content you want to edit or delete.CN-CT-3.png
  • Click 'Rename' to rename the corresponding content.
  • Click 'Delete Content' to delete the corresponding content.

 

How to change the visibility of your content

  • In the content list, click button in the row of the content you want to edit or delete.
  • You can change the visibility of that content by clicking "Visible" or "Hidden".CN-CT-4.png
    • Visible: The content is publicly available for use within the meeting room. Only rooms and hosts created in the workspace will see the menu and content.
    • Hidden: The content is hidden and invisible to users.

 

How to view the usage history of your content

  • Type the name of the content you're looking for in the search bar, or find it in the content list and click its name.CN-CT-5.png
  • On the content information page, you can view the usage history at the bottom to see a record of the rooms where the content was used and the users who used it.CN-CT-6.png

 

How to export monthly content usage history

  • Click "Export usage history" in the top-right corner of the Content tab.CN-CT-7.png
  • Select the months you want to export, then click the 'Download' button.CN-CT-8.png
  • This feature allows you to download your monthly content usage history as a CSV file.
