How to analyze problems with Pagecall meeting
- Follow these steps to find a specific meeting record. View a specific meeting history, meeting history with a specific user, or replay →
- Inside the meeting details, click the 'Analyze meeting issue' button in the top right corner.
- The Pagecall system will analyze the data for that meeting. The analysis can take up to 3 minutes.
- When the data analysis is complete, it displays the results for network conditions by user.
- If the orange or red bar on the graph overlap with times when users reported experiencing issues such as sound dropouts during meetings, it's because their network was unreliable.

- If the orange or red bar on the graph overlap with times when users reported experiencing issues such as sound dropouts during meetings, it's because their network was unreliable.
- The result of that graph can be downloaded using the 'Download image' feature. This can be used to inform users about errors.
