Use it this way

How to view list of registered users, the number of monthly active users

  • Press the 'User' tab at the top center of the page.
  • At the top of that page, you can see the full list of users, the total number of users, and the number of monthly active users.

💡 Difference between "total users" and "monthly active users

- The total number of users is the number of all users you have created in the system, either through the console or the API.

- Monthly active users is the number of users with at least 10 minutes of Pagecall meeting history between the first and last day of the month.

 

How to edit or delete a user's information

  • Press the 'User' tab at the top center of the page.
  • In the search bar, type the nickname or User ID of the user you want to find.
  • Click the mceclip0.png button in a specific user's row to delete the user or edit their information.

How to view a user's details

  • Click the nickname of the user whose details you want to view.

  • In user details page, you can see the user's creation date, last access date, and their room access history.
