Use it this way

How to search the history of a specific meeting

  • Press the 'Room' tab at the top center of the page.
  • In the search bar, type the name of the room where the meeting you're looking for took place, or find it in the list of rooms and click its name.

  • On the room details page, select the meeting record you want to find by viewing the start date, duration, and participants.

  • In the corresponding meeting record, you can see a variety of information about the meeting, including the start time, end time, duration, and participant's browser information.

  • If you want to delete a meeting record, click the  button on the corresponding meeting record and click 'Delete meeting details'.

How to find meetings that a specific user has joined

  • Press the 'User' tab at the top center of the page.
  • In the search bar, type the nickname or User ID of the user you're looking for, or browse directly to the list and click the user's nickname.

  • On the user details page, view the meeting history for that user, and click the start time of the meeting history you're looking for.

How to view a replay of a meeting

  • The meeting must end in order to see the replay.
  • Once the meeting has ended, you can view the replay by pressing the 'Replay' button in the meeting list.
