Use it this way
How to gather all participants
- To use the convene feature, you must first become a 'Presenter'.
- After becoming a presenter, the 'Presenter' button will be enabled at the bottom of the presenter button.
Check how many people are viewing the current page together after convening
- After gathering, the top right corner of the whiteboard shows how many people are currently viewing the same page.
When the number of all participants is different from the number of gathered participants
- Gathering is a feature that automatically follows the screen the presenter is viewing and forces participants to view it. If participants subsequently move the page or zoom in and out, even on the same page, gathering is released.
When gathering is released, or when you want to follow the presenter's view.
- When you zoom in or out of the page to follow the presenter's view, you can easily tap the "Presenter View" button again to follow the same screen as the presenter.
